Jim will truly be missed. His friendship and computer knowledge were second to none.  He always had a smiling face and a friendly jester. A true friend indeed.  I am terrible sorry for your loss and feel deeply grieved.  I will surely miss him.  He was a wheeler dealer and we shared many hot rod stories of younger years together.  Always ready to serve you and the only person I ever bought a computer from.   I still can not believe he is gone.
Sincerely,
Paul Neidlinger

So sorry to lose a really nice man and whiz on computers.  I always knew when I left my computer for repairs with Jim, it was in capable hands, and he always came through.  Great loss...my condolences to his family and friends.

I first met Jim about 12 years ago when I needed help with our office computers. No matter what problem we encountered with our equipment, Jim always had a good solution and was willing to talk whenever I called.  He always greeted me with a smile and a humorous and relevant quip when I stopped by the shop. Jim was a one in a million guy. I wish there were more people with his excellent qualities in the business world.

I've known Jim a long time.  Kids at church, high school, and Computer Pros.  Our fathers were friends in high school also. May God bring peace to the Ragland family in their time of need. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Though it is of little comfort when you lose someone you love, the time he was here is eternal, and his spirit lives on, echoing still in the lives of those he touched.

I know Jim through Computer Pros doing business with Jim was a great pleasure and he will be sorely missed.
I was so saddened when my husband read that he had passed.

My sincere sympathy to the many friends and family of my friend, Jim Ragland. We first got to know each other in 1987 when I went to work at Sullair, and he's been my computer "go to" guy ever since he and Tom opened up shop. I trusted him to provide me with honest, good service; and he never let me down. I am saddened by his loss. His loved ones are in my thoughts.

Condolences to the Ragland family. Jim and I worked together at Sullair from 1975 until he left to pursue his computer partnership. He was always pleasant, fun and willing to do what it took to solve a problem. Myself, my two sisters and my mother all worked at Montgomery Ward and Sears with the Ragland parents back into the 1950's. May God Bless you with strength and peace during this difficult period. R.I.P Rags.

Jim and I worked at Sullair.  Bought our family's first computer from Rags.  Bought several from him since - work and for home.  He was always helpful and a great guy.  Jimmy, you will be missed.

Jim was a great trumpet player and when he wasn't making music, you could count on hearing a great laugh from him. I never heard a discouraging word from Jim.
