Maude F. Ciesiolka, 75, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 12:54 pm in Franciscan Health - Michigan City.
Private family services will be conducted. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.
She was born September 1, 1941 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Raymond and Mary (Blankenship) Miller. On July 24, 1959 in South Bend, IN she married Robert Ciesiolka who preceded her on January 5, 2007. They were blessed with 48 years of marriage.
Surviving are three daughters, Lori (Dale) Sims of Michigan City, IN, Peggy (Steve) Maple of Rockford, IL and Victoria (Charles, Deceased) Boothe of Michigan City, IN; son, Jeffrey Ciesiolka of Tucson, AZ; 12 grandchildren; 29 great-great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Leslie Miller of Mishawaka, IN, Lyle (Wilma) Miller of Niles, MI and Justin (Donna) Miller of Denver, CO.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Roy, Rodney and Max Miller.
Maude enjoyed fishing, cooking, baking, playing bingo and being with her family.
