I am sorry for you loss! Penny was a genuine,, caring human being. She always had time to stop and pass the time of day. She loved children and it was reflected in her many years on the St. Mary's and QAS School's playgrounds. I can still here my son Chris speak of "Ms. Stimley, Ms. Stimley."
