As one of Lou's former nurses, I'm just devastated to hear of his passing. He was one of my most favorite residents, and I will never forget him. My deepest condolences to his family- much love to you all.

To Lark, Kay, and Kristine,
My mother, Betty (Gross) Corporon was best friends with your mom. She and my dad Fred Corporon were among the group of friends that did many fun things together and remained friends for many years. Mom and Dad had the utmost respect for Louis, in fact for both of your parents. I remember them well. June is missed and your father will be missed too. My sincere sympathies to the three of you and the rest of the family.

Dear Lark, Kay, and Kristine,
I was so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. He will always be Uncle Lou to us and
your Mom, Aunt June. He was a big part of our growing up years, and hearing the practicing songs and laughter in our basement. I still remember some of the songs they sang, "Wait till the sun shines, Nellie", "Daddy, get your baby out of jail", and "Good morning, Mr. Zip, zip, zip" He was such a good man. Every time I saw him as an adult, he would remember my name, ask about Kim and Jan, have a little conversation. He loved my Dad, and my Dad loved him. He was also sooo intelligent, and I so admire that. The last time anyone in my family saw him was at
Swingbellys where he somehow recognized my daughter, Natalie, who is a server there. I used to see him at the Exchange club when I would go there for a luncheon with Dunebrook. where I worked the last few years before I retired.. He will be missed by Kim, Jan, and me...He was just an excellent person. Didn't we also go to cabins to fish with Uncle Dev and Aunt Clara? I remember lots of laughter!!!! Love to you all. I will be praying for you.
