I'm sorry - just saw the news on our class Facebook page. Julie touched my heart at Krueger Jr High and it wasn't until many years later we reconnected at our joint high school reunion. She was still the same sweet Julie. I'm so sorry for your loss.

I got to know Julie through my place of work and found her to be a very sweet person with a big heart. I always enjoyed talking with her and I admired her for her positive upbeat personality. My heart goes out to her family and friends. She will be truly missed.

I do have fond memories of Julie. I would see her over and walking around Uncle Kens house on Decatur Street. She was always very kind and sweet. I am sorry I did not get the time off to attend her funeral. I will offer some prayer up to the Lord and along to his Holy Mother Mary to keep Julie safe in their arms. And prayers for the family.

I went to school with Julie, and we had a special bond. Through the years we still kept in contact, and I would hear from Julie, who was always so cheerful. I got to see her at the high school reunion, which was the best part of my evening. Rest in peace my sweet child, you had a hard life because of your disabilities, but the impact that you left on me will last me a lifetime.

I'm very sorry to hear of your loss. There is comfort that can be found at Revelation 21:3,4, which says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." Soon, losses we sustain of any kind, be it the loss of a loved one or our peace of mind, will be done away with and reversed as if it never happened at all. I hope this promise can carry you through this difficult time and beyond.
