To all of John's family and friends, I extend my deepest sympathy in the passing of John. He is a bright memory of growing up in Long Beach. He was a very sweet boy from a very nice family. He will always be remembered.

To the entire Carroll family,
Your family and John have been heavy on our hearts simce we read of his passing. My brother, Jeff, and sister Dana and I grew up with John, and Tim, and Ann and all of you on the playgrounds and ballfields and beaches and the pool and the golf course of Long Beach. Mom and Dad (Betty and Brent Snodgrass) were friends with Jay and John. We all have fond memories of those years in the 60's and 70's in Long Beach, and with John's passing we remember that boyish grin when we would see him. Our hearts ache with and for you as we know that losing a family member is a difficult part of this life.
Just know that the Snodgrass family grieves with you and remembers Johhny Carroll with fond memories.
