Lynn has been President of Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services since 1977. A longtime member of and contributor to the community, Lynn attended Rolling Prairie High School and the Indiana College of Mortuary Science. Lynn's background also includes being Former Chief Deputy Coroner of LaPorte County (Michigan City District) from 1984 to 1992. Lynn is also a licensed insurance agent in the State of Indiana.

Diane Haverstock

Diane Haverstock

Aftercare & Planning Specialist

Functioning as Secretary/Treasurer and leader of the grief-counseling arm of Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services, Diane provides the financial and supportive stability for the business and its clients. She and husband Lynn Haverstock, as well as the dedicated team of professionals at Ott/Haverstock, provide the personal, professional, and dignified service that have become the trademark for Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services. 
Diane is also active in her community, including her former involvement with the Michigan City Booster Club, Michigan City Area Chamber of Commerce, St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, and former active volunteer for the Open Door Health Center and St. Anthony Memorial Health Center. Serving also as a leader in her community, Diane is former President of her homeowners association, past-President of the LaPorte County Health Department, founding member of the St. Anthony Memorial Breast Health Center.

Diane is married to Lynn Haverstock, has three children, nine grandchildren, and resides in Long Beach.


Patrick W. Reynolds

Patrick has been with Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services since 1988. A graduate of LaPorte High School, with coursework at Purdue University North Central, Patrick obtained his professional education from Worsham College of Mortuary Science. Patrick is a member of the National Funeral Directors Association and Indiana Funeral Directors Association. Patrick is also an active member of his community, including the St. Joseph Young Men's Society, Moose Lodge, Sons of the American Legion, Phi Delta Kappa-Gamma Lambda Chapter Fraternity and Past President and Vice-President of the Michigan City Jaycees. 

Patrick is married to Wendy Reynolds and they have a son, Connor and resides in Michigan City.

Sheri Bealor

Sheri Bealor

Funeral Director

Sheri started employment as a director at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel in September of 2022. Born and raised in La Porte County, Sheri has been involved with the funeral industry since a young teen. She graduated in 2008 from La Porte High School. Sheri went on to attend Ivy Tech Community College, starting in Michigan City, working on prerequisites, then moving into the Mortuary Science Program after her acceptance. Sheri graduated in 2012 from Ivy Tech with a Associates Degree in Applied Sciences in Mortuary Science, the youngest of her class. She has been a Indiana licensed Funeral Director since September 18th, 2014. Sheri has compassionately served her community in La Porte County for several years. Her inspiration of becoming a funeral director came after experiencing the passing of her grandmother, Ann Elizabeth Ford. She is also a member of the Indiana Funeral Director Association and had former JROTC training while attending Michigan City High School as a freshman. On January of 2021, Sheri and her significant other, Terry C. Baughman, welcomed their first child together, Wednesdaigh Elizabeth Baughman. Together they share Terry’s other three children.

Lexi has been a funeral assistant since September 2020. She is a graduate of Chesterton High School in 2017 and went on to Indiana University Northwest to pursue biology. Sophomore year of college she completed a general studies degree at Ivy Tech in transition to studying funeral education and behavioral science at Vincennes University. Lexi graduated with honors in college in 2021. She resides in Porter with her boyfriend of 7 years.

Michael “Mick” Kazmucha

Michael “Mick” Kazmucha

Service Assistant

Mick has been with Ott/Haverstock since 2005. A graduate of Michigan City Elston High School, Mick attended the College of Commerce in South Bend, Indiana earning an Associate Degree in Business Management. Mick is a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Korea. He retired from Bethlehem Steel after 33 years as a Supervisor in the Human Resources Department. 

Mick is an active member of Queen of All Saints Church, volunteer for Meals on Wheels, member and Past President of Phi Delta Kappa Fraternity, Past President of Michigan City Rogers High School Booster Club, and former High School baseball and softball umpire. He served on the Board of Directors for the Coolspring Township Baseball Program and the I-C Baseball Program. 

Mick is married to his wife Sandy, has 2 children , a host of grandchildren, and is a lifelong resident of Michigan City.
