Jacob W. Bentley, 30, Michigan City, IN, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 4:38 pm in his home.

A celebration of life service will be announced at a later date. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.    

He was born December 11, 1991 in Michigan City, IN to  James Bentley and Sherri Yeakey. 

Surviving are his mother, Sherri Yeakey of Michigan City; two sisters, Jessica Bentley and Misty Warren, both of Michigan City, IN; special-brothers, Clinton Howard of Arkansas, Logan Howard of Michigan City, IN, Trever Pfieffer of Michigan City, IN and Josh Simpson of Michigan City, IN; and special cousins, Judith Wilke and Rickey Bentley, both of Michigan City, IN.

He was preceded in death by father, James Bentley.

Jacob enjoyed basketball, fishing and gaming.
