Eleanor E. Juby, 96, Grand Beach, Michigan, passed away Friday, June 24, 2022 at her home with her family by her side.

Mass of Christian burial will be conducted Friday, July 1, 2022 at 10:30 AM St. Mary's Catholic Church, 10th & Buffalo St., Michigan City, Indiana with Rev. Jordan Fetcko  officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, New Buffalo, Michigan. Visitation hours will be Thursday from 4:00 PM -7:00 PM and from 9:00 AM till 10:00 AM Friday in the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana.

She was born February 19, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Paul and Kristina (Nedros) Trencan. On May 29, 1954 in Chicago, Illinois she married Roger L. Juby who preceded her in death on June 23, 2007.

Surviving are two sons, Eldon (Jeri) Juby of Michigan City, Indiana, Michael (Pammie) Juby of Michiana, Michigan; two daughters, Kathleen (Gregory) Kolasa of Onsted, Michigan and Mary Ellen "Babe" Juby of Grand Beach, Michigan; three granddaughters, Amanda (Doug Rice) Juby, Sara (Marcus) Beal, Claire (Nick Krause) Juby and grandson, Michael ((Kirstie Asfour)) Kolasa; 4 great-grandchildren, Mackenzie and Leo Kramer, Reese Kolasa and Blake Eleanor Beal; two sisters, Mary Walsh of Schererville, Indiana, Josephine King of Folsom, Louisiana; She was preceded in death by a grandson, Christopher Juby along with her brother, Dr. John Trencan;  

Eleanor retired after 20 years from Kmart as the payroll clerk.  She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Michigan City, Indiana
