Virginia A. Budz, 79, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Monday, November 5, 2018 at 5:55 am in Silver Birch of Michigan City.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Queen of All Saints Catholic Church, 606 S. Woodland Ave., Michigan City, IN with Rev. Kevin Huber officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 am -11:00 am, Saturday at Queen of All Saints Legacy Center. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.

She was born June 14, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Sebastian and Anna (Buczyna) Budz.

Surviving are her sister and best friend, Rose Marie Budz of Michigan City, IN; brother, Richard (Dolores) Budz of Chicago, IL; sister-in-law, Florence Budz of Tinley Park, IL; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was also preceded in death by her three brothers, Edwin, Joseph and Eugene Budz.

She had worked as an office clerk at was a member of Queen of All Saints Catholic Church and a former member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, LaPorte, IN. Virginia enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.
