David A. Dysard

David A. Dysard, 70, Trail Creek, Indiana, passed away Thursday, March 14, 2019 at 8:20 pm in Regency Hospital, Portage, IN.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN with Rev. Dennis Blaney officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 am - 11:00 am, Tuesday at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.

He was born January 28, 1949 in Kokomo, Indiana to the late Wilber and Elizabeth (Steinke) Dysard.

Surviving are his wife, Patricia Kubath Steele Dysard of Trail Creek, IN; son, David Steele of Michigan City, IN; two daughters, Julie Steele Seel of Durham, NC and Stacy (Ray) Lopez of LaPorte, IN; and six grandchildren, Brooke Pissarski, Michael Steele, Matthew Steele, Jack Lopez, Luke Lopez and Elena Seel.

He was also preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Dysard.

David retired as an electrician with the I.B.E.W. Local 531. He enjoyed collecting.
