Carol L.Tempel Fisch, 69, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 5:08 pm in her home.

Private family services will be conducted and burial will take place in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.

She was born May 16, 1949 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Kurt and Shirley (Theeke) Tempel.

Surviving are a daughter, Jamie (James) Williams of LaPorte, IN; two grandchildren, Kash and Kasandra Williams, both of LaPorte, IN; and two brothers, Robert (Catherine) Tempel of LaPorte, Indiana and Curtis (Eileen) Tempel of San Antonio, Texas.

She had worked as an accountant at Indiana State Prison and was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Michigan City, IN. Carol enjoyed crossword puzzles, playing cards and was very nostalgic.
