He was born August 12, 1964 in King Of Prussia,  Pennsylvania to the late Vincent and Norma J.(Lattin) Silko. Surviving is his wife Kathy (Storey) Silko along with a daughter, Valerie (Josh Neitzel) Tharp and son, David Tharp both of Michigan City, Indiana; seven grandchildren, Gary Moormann, Ryder Neitzel, Brendan Tharp, Kayla Tharp, Lucas Tharp, Emily Tharp, and Olivia Tharp; two brothers, Vincent James (Cheyl) Silko of Colorado, Jeff (Roxanna) Silko of Clayton, Indiana; sister, Pamela LaBerge of New Buffalo, Michigan; nieces, Summer (Charlie) Burgess, Sarah (Ken) Harland and nephews, Jeremy (Alyssa) Silko, Joshua (Jen) Silko. Todd's best friends for many years,  Toby  Hungerford, and David "Duster" McCoy;

Todd was employed for over 37 years with Sullair / Hitachi.  He played softball for years with Tuck & Roll, which were a very good team winning many trophies. Kathy met Todd in 1984 when he was the only one that wished her "Happy Mother's Day" and at that point started dating, which after 28 years eventually married on May 11, 2013.   Supporting Todd and his softball team led to meeting many new friends.  He loved baseball, especially the Chicago Cubs, which everyone thought he was going to  hit his head on the ceiling when they won the World Series. He also loved the Chicago Bears and Notre Dame football.  Todd enjoyed coaching his grandson, Gary in travel baseball.  He loved to go fishing early in his relationship with Kathy until she started catching more fish than him.  Todd was a lover of his dogs, Bandit, Kia, Turbo and Peanut.  Peanut and Todd would cuddle in his chair on Sundays and watch football together.  He was an awesome husband, father, grandfather and a great friend.
