Terry R. Boguslawski

Terry R. Boguslawski, 77, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 5:04 am in Franciscan Health - Michigan City.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, December 29, 2023 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN with  Pastor Kurt Feneley officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm, Friday at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.    

He was born August 12, 1946 in Michigan City, IN to the late George and Josephine (Demski) Boguslawski. 

Surviving are a daughter, Megan (Amy Stehi) Boguslawski of La Porte, IN; son, George Boguslawski of Michigan City, IN; step-daughter, Tanya Bice of Michigan City, IN; sister, LaDonna Siegmund of Michigan City, IN; two grandchildren, Steven and Nate Bice; niece, Tammy Zabel; and nephew, Scott Siegmund.

He was also preceded in death by his wife, Diane Boguslawski.   

Terry retired as a maintenance man at Teledyne and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He was a member of Springville Community Church and enjoyed bowling and playing basketball and softball.
