Tammy Nannette Blankenship, 64, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 12:32 p.m. in Franciscan Health - Michigan City.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana is handling arrangements.    

She was born on October 28, 1959, in Benton Harbor, Michigan, to the late Charles and Evelynn (Watson) Faulkner. On September 12, 1992, in Benton Harbor, Michigan, she married her loving husband, David Michael Blankenship, who survives in Michigan City.

Also surviving are her daughter, Sarah Jones of Texas; two brothers; two sisters; and grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister; and one son, Alex Wells.

Tammy was loving, caring and forgiving. She will be forever missed.
