Sylvia retired after 11 years as librarian with the Michigan City Library and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Michigan City, Indiana, Syrian Ladies Aid Society, Green Bay Packer fan along with being a die-hard Cub fan. She enjoyed playing Tripoli with her card club group and truly loved and enjoyed time with her grandchildren.
Her love of life kept her fighting and savoring each breath, especially the last one. She shed a single tear at the end. Her fight complete, she moves to her next adventure knowing she was loved by her family and friends. Thank you all for your love and support - have your favorite "drinkie poo" (an Aunt Lauriceism) and toast Siti - and yourselves. Enjoy life, it's still a Happy Holiday season, and you know Sylvia would want you to keep smiling! Love to all,
