August 27, 1936 - November 13, 2021 

Sue A. Biggs, 85, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 4:52 am in her home surrounded by her family.

Per her wishes there will be no service or visitation. Cremation has taken place. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.    

She was born August 27, 1936 in Michigan City, IN to the late Harvey and Isabel (Lippens) Rhoda. On February 23, 1957 she married Roland H. Biggs who survives in Michigan City, IN.

They were blessed by two children, daughter, Brenda (James Lamm) Biggs of Michigan City, IN; son, Brian (Leslie) Biggs of Michigan City, IN; three grandchildren, Bradley (Kelly) Biggs, Brittany (Jeff) Intagliata and Zachary Biggs; brother-in-law, Robert Biggs; many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was also preceded in death by sister, Jean (Richard) Deardurff; brother, Richard Rhoda; in-laws, Harvey and Hilda Biggs; and sister-in-law, Gail Biggs.

Sue graduated from Elston High School in 1954. She worked as a payroll auditor at Josam Mfg. and was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. Sue was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. We will miss her.

Special thanks to her caregivers and Dunes Hospice for the care and support. It meant  a lot to all of us.
