Steven G. Linsemeyer, 63, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Friday, January 10, 2020 at 11:15 pm in Franciscan Health - Michigan City.

A celebration of life gathering will be from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at First United Methodist Church, 121 E. 7th St., Michigan City, IN. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.

He was born September 22, 1956 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Robert and Patricia (Werdine) Linsemeyer.

Surviving are a son, Dakota Linsemeyer of Michigan City, IN; three grandchildren, Carter, Landon and Deandre; three sisters, Kathy Linsemeyer of Michigan City, IN, Diane (Scott) Oberholtzer of Michigan City, IN, and Kyleen Linsemeyer of Chicago, IL; and his brother, Robert (Connie) Linsemeyer of Chesterton, IN.

Steven had worked as a painter. He loved to spend time with his grandchildren and enjoyed going to the beach. Steven had a great sense of humor and would help anyone in need.
