Steven B. McFadden, 59, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 3:52 pm in his home.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 am Thursday, September 17, 2020 at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN with Rev. Kevin Huber officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 am - 11:00 am Thursday in the funeral chapel. A celebration of life gathering will be held from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm Sunday, September 20, 2020 at Creek Ridge County Park Lion's Shelter, 7943 W. 400 N., Michigan City, IN.

He was born September 17, 1960 in Rockford, IL to Robert and Lovel (Tomlin) McFadden. On May 15, 1993 in Michigan City, IN he married Susan Collins who survives in Michigan City, IN.

Also surviving are his mother, Lovel McFadden of Michigan City, IN; sister, Susan (Randy) Dove of New Carlisle, IN; brother, Michael McFadden of Michigan City, IN; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert McFadden; sister, Patricia Burgess; and brother, Robert McFadden.

Steven had worked as an ASE Service Representative at NAPA Auto parts. He enjoyed traveling and taking his dog for walks.
