Scott Robert Kalvaitis, 30, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 4:02 pm in Northwest Health-La Porte, La Porte, Indiana.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1237 E. Coolspring Ave., Michigan City, Indiana with Pastor David R. Solum officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 am -11:00 am at the church.  Arrangements are being handled by the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana.  

He was born August 29, 1991 in Michigan City, Indiana to Brian and Kelli (Kepler) Kalvaitis, who survives Michigan City, Indiana.  Also surviving are daughter, Dehlia Kalvaitis and son, Leo Kalvaitis both of La Porte, Indiana; brother, Casey (Lynn) Kalvaitis and sister, Katey Kalvaitis both of Michigan City, Indiana; The love of his life, Taylor; grandparents, Al (Betty) Kepler of Michigan City, Indiana along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins;    

Scott was a graduate of Michigan City High School and was employed with the  IBEW union as an Electrician.  He was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Michigan City, Indiana.  He loved his children, family and friends.
