Sandra Ann (Sandi) Parish , 77, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Friday, July 31, 2020 at 8:26 pm in LaPorte Hospital, LaPorte, IN.
Private family services will be conducted. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.
She was born December 6, 1942 in Monterey, CA to the late Harry and Jacqueline (Kohanek) Holder.
Surviving are a daughter, Evonne (Jeffrey) Higdon of Lakeville, IN; four sons, Albert Parish of Michigan City, IN, Edward (Kisha) Parish of South Bend, IN, Kenneth Parish of Michigan City, IN and Harry Parish of Michigan City, IN; 6 grandchildren Jeffrey Higdon II, Lashanda Higdon, Tyler Parish, Kenny Parish II., Byran Parish and Stephanie Parish; 2 great-grandchildren Jeffrey Higdon III and Jordyn Higdon; two brothers, Walter Haugen of Kent, WA and Gerald Haugen of Arizona.
Sandra had worked as a certified nurses assistant. She enjoyed watching game shows, spending time with her friend and until her illness enjoyed going to the casino.
