May 20, 1931 - October 5, 2021

Rosabel "Rose" W. Dankert, , Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 10:45 am in Trail Creek Place , Michigan City, Indiana.

There will be no visitation hours or services, cremation will take place followed by private family burial. Arrangements are be handled by the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana.

She was born May 20, 1931 in Springfield Township, Indiana to the late Henry and Gertrude (Steffen) Crama. On December 6, 1952 in Michigan City, Indiana she married Warren Roger Dankert who preceded in death on May 5, 2021.
Surviving are many nieces and nephews along with great nieces, great nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by sisters, Leona Mansfield, Norma Krassow and Mary Williams; brothers, Herman Crama and Henry Crama;

Rose had previously worked in the blue print department at Allis Chalmers, La Porte, Indiana. She enjoyed dancing and going to casinos and was a sustaining member of the Michigan City Service League and the Moose Lodge 980 Family Center.
