Richard Earl Bell, Sr., 67, La Porte, Indiana, passed away Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 6:51 am in his home.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, May 3, 2021 at Tracy Cemetery, Kingsford Heights, IN. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements   

He was born February 7, 1954 in San Francisco, CA to the late Earl and Mary (Swinford) Bell. 

Surviving are a daughter, Suzie Payton; one son, Richard Bell, Jr.; three grandchildren, Dylan, Chevy, and Richard Bell, III; sister, Linda (James) Taylor; and several nieces and nephews

He was also preceded in death by three sisters, Sandra Northern, Judy  Romesburg and Barbara Naughles; and his brother, James Bell.   

Richard was a retired truck driver and enjoyed automobiles.
