Phyllis E. Galloway
February 5, 1927 - March 11, 2023 

Phyllis E. Galloway, 96, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 9:05 am in Miller's Merry Manor Nursing Home, New Carlisle, IN.

Private family services will be conducted. Burial will take place in Woodlawn Memorial Park, Greenville, S.C. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.    

She was born February 5, 1927 in Toledo, OH. On August 17, 1945 in Tucson, AZ she married Robert D. Galloway, Sr. who preceded on August 13, 2017.

Surviving are a daughter, Cheryl (Jim) Kieszkowski of Michigan City, IN; son, Charles (Charmaine) Galloway of Easley, SC; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Jefferds; mother, Frances Sadler; husband, Robert D. Galloway, Sr.; son, Robert D. Galloway, Jr.; and step-father, Robert Sadler.  

Phyllis had worked as a secretary in the real estate industry. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, painting and puzzles.
