Pamela Leslie Maitino, 54, Chicago, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2023 in the University of Chicago Hospital.

A private celebration of her life will be held. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, Indiana is handling arrangements.

Pam was born July 23, 1968, in Miller, Indiana, to Richard and Joanne (Rusiewicz) Voytovich.

Surviving are her mother, Joanne Voytovich of Michigan City, Indiana; one sister, Debra (Robert) Hawkins of La Porte, Indiana; one brother, Gregg (Kelly) Voytovich of Tucson, Arizona; four nieces, Kayla, Ashley, Kiley, and Makenna; great-nephew, Samuel; two great-nieces, Amara and Lynn; and beloved pet, Taco.

She was preceded in death by her father.
