Olga Seals
October 1, 1925 - July 12, 2022 

Olga Manuela (Torres) Seals, resident of the Life Care Center of Michigan City, Indiana, died on July 12, 2022, at the age of 96.

She is predeceased by her husband Robert Lincoln Seals, her sisters Dora and Isabel, nephew Billy, and by her dear faithful friend, Jean M Thomas.

She is survived by her sister Nicolasa (Torres) Avilés, four nephews, Nelson, Luís, Douglas, and Victor, and one niece, Aida. 

Olga was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and raised in Bayamón PR, where she met sailor Robert Lincoln Seals.  They were married in New York and settled in South Bend, IN, where Robert worked as a police officer.  A member of UAW Local No. 5, Olga worked at AM General.  She was later partnered with William P. O'Connell, and they lived in Michigan City, IN, where they shared a home until his passing.  Olga will be missed by his daughters, Allison, Andrea, and Carolyn.  Always good natured, she enjoyed making clothing, traveling, listening to music, growing flowers, practicing yoga, and owning dogs.

Private services and burial will take place in Riverview Cemetery, South Bend, IN. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.
