Nora L. Schultz, 63, Michigan City, IN, passed away Friday, March 26, 2021 at 2:21 am in her home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 pm, Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 1506 Washington Street, Michigan City, IN with  Rev. Walter Ciesla officiating. Private burial will take place in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Tuesday and from 10:30 am - 11:30 am Wednesday at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN.    

She was born October 12, 1957 in Michigan City, IN to the late Stephen and Joan (Washinski) Daurer. On February 9, 1985 in Michigan City, IN she married Jeffrey Schultz who survives in Michigan City, IN.

Also surviving are her son, Gregory (Jessica) Schultz of Southern Pines, NC; daughter, Nikki Schultz of Michigan City, IN; two brothers, Paul Daurer and  David (Cheryl) Daurer, both of Michigan City, IN; grandchild, Ingo Schultz; step-mother, Jeannine Daurer-Alonzo of Kauai, HI; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and her grandpup, Stella.

Nora retired as a medical transcriptionist at La Porte Hospital and also had worked as a cashier at Aldi. She enjoyed working out and picking up garbage.
