Michael Nadaf, 77, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Monday, December 21, 2020 at 5:38 pm in Franciscan Health - Michigan City following a brief illness.

A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:00 am, Monday, December 28, 2020 at Queen of All Saints Catholic Church, 606 S. Woodland Ave., Michigan City, IN with Rev. Kevin Huber officiating. Private burial will take place in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.

He was born February 23, 1943 in Michigan City, IN to the late Mahana "John" and Sarah (Abraham) Nadaf.

Surviving are four sisters, Anna Marie Zaknoen, Helen Hathoot, Jeanene Azar and Selma Azar; brother-in-law, George Azar; sister-in-law, Diane Nadaf; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and close friends. He was dearly loved by his large extended family and will be greatly missed.

He was also preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Espar; brother, George Nadaf; two nieces, Mary Margaret Hathoot and Theresa Marie (Hathoot) Schoof; nephew, John Nadaf; and brothers-in-law, Simon Azar, William Espar, Edward Zaknoen and Thomas Hathoot.

Michael graduated from Indiana University and enjoyed two careers in his lifetime. He taught school the High School level and worked in accounting as a CPA.
