Mary Ann Petrick, 80, La Porte, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 9:04 am in Aperion Care -  Michigan City, Michigan City, Indiana.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm, Monday, January 17, 2022 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana with Rev. Robert Sprott  officiating. Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Michigan City, Indiana.  Visitation will be Monday, from 11:00 am -1:30 pm at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.   

She was born May 5, 1941 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Matthew and Helene (Kieper) Radtke. On August 22, 1964 in Michigan City, Indiana she married Michael Petrick who survives La Porte, Indiana.  Also surviving are daughter, Christine (Nick) Jerkovic of La Porte, Indiana; three grandchildren, Cassandra Jerkovic, Nicolas Jerkovic and Mike Jerkovic; two brothers, Theodore (Toni) Radtke of Florida and Philip (Diane) Radtke of Minnesota along with several nieces and a nephew.  She was preceded in death by her son, Jason M. Petrick;   

Mary Ann was a member of Queen of all Saints Catholic Church, Michigan City, Indiana.  Retired after many years from St. Anthony Hospital as a registered cardiac technician.  She enjoyed antiquing  having a booth in Yesterday's Treasure, Chesterton, Indiana for many years.  She was an avid Gardner and loved animal pets along with singing especially leading her family in "Happy Birthday".
