Margaret L. Fisch, 94, Michigan City, IN, passed away Friday, April 2, 2021 at  in Community Hospital, Munster, IN.

Private family services will be conducted. Burial will take place in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.    

She was born August 6, 1926 in Michigan City, IN to the late William and Bertha (Newman) Pries. On April 12, 1947 in Michigan City, IN she married James Fisch who preceded her on June 30, 1977.

Surviving are three grandchildren, Joseph (Adrianne) Fisch, Jamie Williams and Deborah (Steve) Fairbanks; five great-grandchildren; and special nieces, Carol (Ron) Fellows and Patti (Anthony) Pishkur.

 She was also preceded in death by two sons, William Fisch  and John Fisch; grandchild, Stephen Fisch; and two sisters, Dorothy Buzalski and Anita Menke.   

In her younger years, Margie was an avid gardener growing beautiful flowers, fruits and vegetables. She also loved to travel visiting Hawaii, Canada and Europe and spending time with her sister's family in Texas.
