Josephine J. Meden, 106, Michiana Shores, Indiana, passed away Monday, January 3, 2022 at 6:33 pm in her home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, January 7, 2022 at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 1010 Moore Road, Long Beach, IN with Rev. Keith McClellan officiating. Burial will follow in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, Friday at Notre Dame Catholic Church. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.
She was born May 25, 1915 in DePue, IL to the late Joseph and Julia (Skutel) Kukman. On April 29, 1937 she married Milton Meden who preceded in death.
She was a devoted mother of Sandra (Bill) Barron, Sharon (Irwin) Berg, Candace Marrapode, Milton Meden, Jr. and Terrance Meden; adored grandmother of 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law Mary Ann and Sidney Rosenblum; and 4 sisters and 1 brother.
Josephine was a devout Catholic and member of Notre Dame Catholic Church.
