A memorial service will be announced at a later date. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.

She was born January 14, 1971 in Michigan City, IN.

Surviving are her father, Gregory Skwiat of Trail Creek, IN; mother, Lynn Luchetti of Tucson, AZ; son, Dylan Altmin of St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands; sister, Tammy (Wayne) McCullom of Tucson, AZ; and her brother, Michael Skwiat of Phoenix, AZ.
