Jerome "Jerry" Ofcharchak, 89, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 7:31 AM in his home.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana with Rev. Walter Ciesla  officiating. Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Michigan City, Indiana.  Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time service in  the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.    

He was born October 31, 1934 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Emil and Martha (Wolfe).  two sisters, Patricia Januchowski, and Gail Malwin both of Michigan City, Indiana along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Jerry was a career bartender for many local restaurants /bars.
