Jeanne C. Meyer, 92, Lisle, IL, formerly of Michigan City, IN, passed away Monday, March 22, 2021 at 8:58 pm in Villa St. Benedict, Lisle, IL.

Private Mass of Christian Burial was conducted at Notre Dame Catholic Church. Burial took place in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN handled arrangements. 

She was born February 24, 1929 in Fort Madison, IA. On December 27, 1954, she married Marcellus "Marty" Meyer who preceded her on September 2, 2005.

Jeanne was the loving mother of the late Gregory Meyer, Doug Meyer (Flagstaff), and Marybeth (Greg) Lernihan (Naperville); devoted grandmother of Erin (Patrick) O'Keefe, Tom (Chelsea) Lernihan and Wade (Lauren) Lernihan; fond sister of Sister Joan Conrad SSND and Thomasine Slagter who both preceded her in death. Jeanne was lovingly referred to as ‘GG’ by her six great-grandchildren.

Jeanne was active in the Service League and was long-time volunteer and board member at the Therapy Center where her son Gregory was a student. Jeanne was a member of Notre Dame Catholic church and served in the choir.
