James Kevin Fuller, 61, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 10:24 pm in Franciscan Health - Michigan City, Indiana.
Private family services will be held at a later date. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana is handling arrangements.
He was born October 8, 1959 in Hazard, KY to the late Benjamin Fuller and Clara Marie (Combs) Mason. On August 15, 2015 in La Porte, Indiana he married Kristin (Wood) Fuller who survives in Michigan City, Indiana.
Also surviving are three daughters, Sabrina Fuller of South Bend, IN, Jaimie Fuller of Plymouth, IN, Rachel Metzger of Elkhart, IN; seven grandchildren, Makenna, Zay'ella, Guadalupe, Leonardo, Javier, Samantha, Brenda; two brothers, Ben (Janice) Fuller of Canton, GA, Warren Fuller of Plymouth, IN; half-brother, John Wayne Rouse of Somerset, KY; long time friend, Richard (Georjinne) Humes of Culver, IN. He was preceded in death by brother, Ernie Fuller.
James worked as a truck driver for G&D Integrated for over 30 years. He honorably served in the United States Army for 7 years and was a skilled diesel mechanic. James enjoyed the company of his co-workers and driving truck. He enjoyed fishing, boating, grilling, listening to country music, and spending time with his family and cats and dogs. He was a very easy going man who was loving and liked to joke around. James was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
