James D. Angeledes, 15, La Porte, Indiana, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2024 in Franciscan  St. Anthony Health - Crown Point, Crown Point, IN.

A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN with  Pastor Daniel Thornberry officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Friday and from 10:00 am - 11:00 am Saturday, January 27, 2024 at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.    

He was born February 8, 2008 in La Porte, IN.

Surviving are his mother, Jessica James of La Porte, IN; father, William (Amy) Angeledes of Hebron, IN; two sisters, Kayla and Alexis both of Hebron, IN; brother, Cameron of Hebron, IN; grandparents, Pam and Lonnie James of La Porte, IN, Rickie and James Angeledes of La Porte, IN and, T.J. and Teresa Piccirilli of Hebron, IN; great-grandparents, Mary and Spike Averill of Saginaw, MI; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

James was a freshman at La Porte High School. He loved his cats and enjoyed playing video games, watching YouTube and camping.
