Private services will be conducted. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.

She was born April 15, 1960 in Michigan City, IN

Surviving are her loving family and many friends.

Jackie had worked as a patient account manager at the Division of Family and Children Services. She was a former avid tennis player and enjoyed music, movies, her Coca Cola and spending time with her family.
