Gordon Joseph Slisher
March 19, 1955 - September 6, 2021

Gordon Joseph Slisher, age 67 of Branson, Missouri formerly of Michigan City, Indiana walked up the stairway to heaven Sept 6 after a painful battle with cancer. He graduated from Chesterton high school in 1972. He has been  employed the past 20 years in hotel service in Branson.  Survivors include his daughter Jessica Slisher, South Bend, Indiana; mother Gloria Slisher, Branson, Missouri;   Brothers Douglas Slisher, Keith Slisher and  Bryan Slisher; He was preceded in death by his  father Vernon., maternal grandparents Alice and Frank Bielski and paternal grandparents Thelma and Devoe Slisher.
A Memorial service will be conducted Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Walter Ciesla officiating in the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana with burial in St. Stanislaus cemetery, Michigan City, Indiana.  Visitation hours will be Saturday from 9:00 AM till the time of service in the  Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.                                                                                                                                       Memorial contributions may be made to the Share Foundation for the Handicapped, P.O.
