Diana Kay Jacobs, 81, La Porte, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 5:56 am in her home with her family beside her.

Private family services were conducted at St. Stanislaus Cemetery.  Arrangements were handled by the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana.

She was born November 14, 1942 in Lincoln, Illinois to the late Joseph and Marjorie (Maloy) Fitzsimmons. On June 20, 1964 in Lincoln, Illinois she married Richard L.Jacobs who survives La Porte, Indiana.  Also surviving are daughter, Beth Jacobs of La Porte, Indiana; son, Rich Jacobs of Scottsdale, Arizona;    

Diane had worked at Coolspring Dental clinic unit retiring in 2014.
