Delfa Vidovic Obituary

Delfa Vidovic, 96, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Friday, January 8, 2021 at 1:00 pm in Life Care Center of Michigan City, Indiana.

Private family services will be held at a later date. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana is handling arrangements.

She was born February 2, 1924 in Bosnia, Croatia. In 1950 in Bosnia, Croatia she married George Vidovic who preceded December 12, 2016.

Surviving are daughter-in-law, Vesna Vidovic of Michigan City, IN; two grandchildren, Athena (Matthew) Bedell of Westlake, OH, Nicholas T. (Tricia) Vidovic of Wickliffe, OH; four great-grandchildren, Alex, Andrew, Christian, Nicholas "Nico". She was preceded in death by husband, George Vidovic; son, Nicholas T. Vidovic.

Delfa worked for many years doing housekeeping jobs for businesses. She also enjoyed being a homemaker raising her son. She was a great wife and mother to her family. Delfa enjoyed cooking and even did some of her own catering business. Delfa enjoyed knitting and crocheting in her spare time.
