Cecelia Love-O'Brien, 82, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Monday, August 11, 2025 at 7:55 pm in Life Care Center of Michigan City, Michigan City, IN.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, August 22, 2025 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN with  Brother Shaun Gray CSC officiating. Burial will follow in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens, Michigan City, IN.  Visitation will be from 9:00 am -11:00 am, Friday the funeral chapel.    

She was born July 29, 1943 in Michigan City, IN to the late Hubert and Ann (Sobecki) Horner. 

Surviving are her son, Derek Love of Runaway Bay sector of Bridgeport, TX; and two grandchildren, Keaton Love and Abby Love; any many nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, John O'Brien; sister, Patricia Hunt;  and half sister, Janet  Horner.   

She the owner of Feminine Touch an interior decorating, painting and wallpapering  company where she worked very hard to create beautiful spaces for many people.
