Bruce A. Golliff
November 2, 1958 - January 25, 2024
Bruce A. Golliff, whom was an esteemed contributor of the trucking industry and a beloved member of the community passed away at the age of 65 on Thursday, January 25, 2024 in his home.
In honor of Bruce's memory, a celebration of life service will be held at 3 p.m. (EST), Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Zion Missionary Church, 205 N. Ray Road, Fremont, Indiana with Pastor Jon Bruney officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. (EST) until time of service Saturday at the church. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, Indiana is handling arrangements.
Bruce was born on November 2, 1958, in Van Wert, Ohio, to Glenn and Judith (Balthaser) Golliff. On July 2, 2005, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, in Michigan City, Indiana, he married his beloved wife, Andrea M. (Michalak) Golliff, who survives.
Also surviving are his mother, Judith (Wayne) Ringler of Fremont, Indiana; one son, Joshua (Jessica) Golliff of Pleasant Lake, Indiana; step-daughter, Katrina (Codey) Spear of Kentland, Indiana; step-son, Kason (Audrieanna) Kubik of La Porte, Indiana; six grandchildren, Emily, Ethan, Everet, Ellie, and Easton Golliff, and Keziah Kubik; two brothers, Mike (Paula) Golliff of Angola, Indiana and Paul (Kathy) Golliff of Auburn, Indiana; and one sister, Dee (Harold) Sattison of Coatesville, Indiana; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Glenn Golliff.
Bruce graduated in 1977 from Angola High School, Angola, Indiana. Throughout his life, Bruce made significant contributions to the trucking industry, eventually becoming the proud owner of Golliff Trucking.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Bruce was a man of diverse interests and hobbies. He found solace in the outdoors, often spending his leisure time hunting, fishing, camping, golfing, and traveling to many places of interests. His attendance in the church was a testament to his strong faith and community spirit.
Bruce will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and a cherished friend to many. His kindness, generosity, and unwavering spirit will be remembered by all who knew him.
