Beverle (Dall) Lubs

Beverle Lubs, 92, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021 at 9:34 pm in her home.

A private family Celebration of Life service will be conducted with private family burial in Greenwood Cemetery, Michigan City, Indiana.  Arrangements are being handled by the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana. 

She was born October 31, 1928 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late William and Frances (Hyer) Dall. On April 14, 1950 in Michigan City, Indiana she married Richard "Knobby" Lubs who preceded her in death on  May 5, 2008.

Surviving are daughter, Heidi (Lance) Strefling of Naples, Florida; two sons, Derek "Rick" Lubs of Venice, Florida and  Kurt Lubs of Michigan City, Indiana; four Grandchildren, Audra (Brian) Hart of Bradenton, Florida, Nikole (Jacob) Hargrave of Bonita Springs, Florida, Ryan (Courtney) Strefling of Charlotte, North Carolina and Trevor (Fiancée'- Sarah Tyler) Strefling of South Bend, Indiana; four Great-Grandchildren, Owen Hargrave, Brady Hargrave, Tristan Strefling and Hudsyn Hart; sister, Trisha Bean of Aguanga, California;    

Bev was a former member and past president of the Delta Wife's and the 18 hole Women's Muni Golf League, Michigan City, Indiana.  She enjoyed and loved her family, friends, golfing, traveling, cooking, word games, reading, listening and dancing to Dixieland music along with listening to Frank Sinatra songs.  She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law William Bean.
