Aurelia Dolezal
November 26, 1925 - April 5, 2022 

Aurelia A. Dolezal, age 96, from La Porte, IN, passed away on the 5th day of April, 2022, with her devoted family members at her bedside.

Mass and Christian burial has taken place.  Her final resting place is at Greenwood Cemetery, Michigan City, IN. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN handled arrangements.

Aurelia was born November 26, 1925, in Michigan City, IN 46360, to the late Edward and Virginia Wozniak. 

On May 30, 1950, she married Joseph F. Dolezal, who preceded her in death in 2007.

Surviving are a son,  David J. Dolezal (Lee Ann) of Avilla, IN;  three daughters, Cynthia M. Jones of La Porte, IN, Carolyn M. Shebel (Michael) of The Villages, Florida and Lynn M. Donohue (Richard) of Mason, Ohio.

Aurelia has two grandchildren, David (Stephanie) Rockwell from the State of Texas and Wyatt Dolezal, from the State of TN; and one great grandchild, Davis, from the State of Texas. 

She is also preceded in death by her son, Dr. Donald E. Dolezal; son-in-law, Gene M. Jones; and sister Marie Sayles.

Aurelia enjoyed her family, relatives, and her friends.  She loved to shop, eat, play cards and travel to visit with her children.
