Anna Mae Ansier, 88, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Monday, July 13, 2020 at 5:35 pm at her home in Michigan City, Indiana.
Private family services will be held at a later date. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana is handling arrangements.
She was born November 29, 1931 in Nanty-Glo, PA to the late George and Mary (Boback) Oblinsky. On January 16, 1971 in Palos Park, IL she married Frank Ansier who preceded October 8, 2010.
Surviving are two daughters, Karen (Mark) Rehor of Westchester, IL, Paula (Richard) Belch of Southport, SC; son, Mark (MaryAnn) Bajner of Chicago, IL; six grandchildren, Anne (Raymond) Avants, Mark (Julie) Rehor, Michael (Jennifer) Rehor, Jennifer Belch, Christopher (Elizabeth) Belch, Carol Bajner; 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
Anna was a member of St. Fabian Catholic Church in Bridgeview, IL where she took pride as serving as a eucharistic minister. She enjoyed singing and spending time with her grandchildren.
