Angelo Valentino "Jake"  Jacobucci Jr., 90, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 2:00 am in Life Care Center of Michigan City, Michigan City, Indiana.

A family Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.  Private family burial will take place in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens, Michigan City, Indiana.  Arrangements are being handled by the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana.    

He was born August 12, 1932 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Angelo and Mary (DiRosa) Jacobucci Sr.. On August 15, 1953 in Michigan City, Indiana he married Barbara Grott who preceded him in death on July 17, 2006.

Surviving are two sons, David (Kristen) Jacobucci of Beverly Shores, Indiana, Steven Jacobucci of Westville, Indiana; two daughters, Lori (Michael Harris) McClelland of Phoenix, Arizona, Tina (Clifford) Warner of Mill Creek, Indiana; 
9 Grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Louis Jacobucci of Michigan City, Indiana; He was preceded him in death by his son-in-law, Jeff McClelland; sister, Gertrude Fraze along with three brothers, Albert Jacobucci, Paul Jacobucci, and Gene Jacobucci;   

Jake was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Michigan City, Indiana.  He retired in 1995 after 20 years as Production Operator with Bethlehem Steel, Burns Harbor, Indiana. Jake was a veteran of the Korean War where he served 2 years.  He loved spending time with family and his beloved dogs as well as sitting with friends at the beach.
