Amy Robin Biggs
April 22, 1966 - December 30, 2023
Amy Robin Biggs, 57, La Porte, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 10:10 a.m. in Brickyard Healthcare-Terrace Care Center, La Porte, Indiana.
A Celebration of Amy's life will be held at a later date. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.
She was born on April 22, 1966, in Winamac, Indiana, to Elijah and Aggie (Vallas) Archer.
Surviving are her mother, Aggie (Ronnie) Harder of La Porte, Indiana; four sons, Cory (Brianna) Snyder of Las Vegas, Nevada, Dylan Snyder, Nicholas Biggs, and Logan Biggs all of La Porte, Indiana; her sons' brother, Blake Snyder of La Porte, Indiana; three sisters, Jenny Nice-Shields of Kansas City, Missouri, Tammy Archer of Jefferson City, Tennessee, and Donna Moyer of La Porte, Indiana; three step sisters, Sheri (Michelle) Harder, Janie Harder, and Cathy Harder all of La Porte, Indiana; two grandchildren, Wrigley and Lennox Snyder; nieces, Shalene (Michael) Adams and Bianca Jones both of Jefferson City, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Elijah Archer.
Amy was always outgoing and never was seen without a smile on her face. She cherished and lived for the chaotic energy from her four boys.
She was a special education aide for the La Porte Community School System. Many of the students and staff loved Amy and enjoyed her presence. Amy was known to have enjoyed planting flowers, remodeling and interior decorating, and decorating for the holidays. Her bright personality will be deeply and sorely missed.
