William J. Ginther, 47, Trail Creek, Indiana, passed away Friday, April 26, 2019 at 11:48 pm.

Visitation hours will be Friday from 1:00 pm til 5:00 pm in the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana.

He was born March 17, 1972 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Bernard Scarberry and Mary (Schuh) Bronnenberg, his mother survives Michigan City, Indiana; On October 21, 1995 in Michigan City, Indiana he married Valerie Mizer who survives Michigan City, Indiana along with daughter, Nicole Ginther, two sons, Matthew Mizer and Mark Mizer all of Michigan City, Indiana; two grandchildren, Lincoln and Isabel Mizer both of Michigan City, Indiana; brother, David (Crystal) Ginther of Michigan City, Indiana; He was preceded in death by his brother, Jason Ginther; and step-father, Robert Bronnenberg;

William worked at GAF as a line operator. He was a longtime bowler, enjoyed fishing and was a die-hard Cub fan.
