Waunetta Hoger, 83, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at 11:48 am in her home.

Private family services were conducted. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.

She was born March 15, 1935 in Centertown, Kentucky to the late Cicero and Rethal Flener.

Surviving are her husband, Charles Flener; two sons, James (Dora) Evans of LaPorte, IN and Larry Evans of Oregon; Ddughter, Linda of Colorado; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; six sisters, Fosteen Burden, Mary Ruth (Ray) Bozarth, Eleen (Mitchell) Sublett, Loveda (Chalmer) Burden, Edith (Lana) Thompson and Doris Colter; and four brothers, WD (Deniece) Flener, Harold Flener, Ed (Jeanne) Flener and Junior (Lorna) Flener.

She was also preceded in death by her son, Terry Evans.

She had worked as a salesperson at K-mart and enjoyed watching TV.
