Theresa Jean Chambers, 39, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 4:05 pm in Franciscan Health - Michigan City.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN. Private burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 am -11:00 am, Saturday at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.

She was born November 22, 1978 in Michigan City, Indiana to Edward and Paulette (Breese) Schoonover.

Surviving are her son, Dominic Chambers of Michigan City, IN; father, Edward Schoonover of Michigan City, IN; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Paulette Schoonover; and son, Zachary Allen Chambers.

Theresa had worked at Pubco Printing. She enjoyed refunding, country music and going to the zoo where she liked the tigers.
